There are 4 main steps to buying. I will be here to guide you through it all the way home.

Find Your Money

Financing and Pre- approval, this is the first and most important one. You want to know what you can truly comfortably afford. I am aligned with professionals in this field and can help with a referral to a representative at most banks or independent mortgage brokers. We will figure this out as early as possible to ensure when that perfect home comes up you are ready to put in that offer.

Pick Your Neighbourhood

Where to buy? This is the fun part, figuring out where best suits your lifestyle, interests, home and work life. This is the part I enjoy most - finding you the perfect home in the perfect area. I will do my best to listen to you and your wants and needs and get you into the right spot.

Negotiate

How much to offer? This is the toughest of the steps and you need a skilled negotiator by your side. I will do all the back end research and work to ensure you are paying fair market value for your dream home. I am a tough negotiator and am here to ensure you and your best interests are looked after.

Move In

This is the best step! The most exciting part of the journey. It’s all about planning ahead to make sure everything goes smoothly. I have you covered from moving company referrals to moving boxes. I even have a program to help with transferring all your utilities, mail, etc making it an easy transition so you can just enjoy your new home.
